I know exactly what it feels like to lose yourself in motherhood. Before kids, I was an active, confident woman who spent hours at the gym. After becoming a mom? Everything changed.

The mental load, the exhaustion, putting everyone else first — I became a shell of who I used to be. But here's what I discovered: the old approach doesn't work for moms.

I had to relearn everything. Create new systems. Find what actually works when you don't have 4 hours to spend at the gym. And I did it — successfully returning to competitive bodybuilding while being a present, engaged mom.
